I'm Gary Agolini — licensed carpenter (NSW Lic 450978C) working on architect-designed new builds, renovations and detailed fit-outs across Sydney. I subcontract to builders who need carpentry done right the first time: framing that's square and to plan, cladding that's weather-tight, and finish work that survives the architect's inspection. Based in Alexandria, working across the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches.

I work with builders across Sydney on a day-rate or fixed-labour basis and am always keen to hear about upcoming projects. With decades of experience in high-quality residential work, I handle everything from structural framing through to detailed fit-out— and when a job calls for extra hands, I bring in carpenters from a trusted network of subbies I've worked alongside for years.
